Where do I begin . . . ?!? Well, I guess a big 'Thank You' goes out to Konami for such a masterpiece. But I have 2 main loves or hobbies in life.

First and foremost of which is music. Like most people, that I've noticed anyways, I LOVE music. I play the drums, a Tama Superstar actually and that was my first initial goal, to create a website based on my love for drums, playing and making music. Great, good, only. . .  I didn't have the slightest idea as to where exactly I was going to start!

And here's how I look at it, I know 'how' to play my drums (according to my knowledge that is) and I love music and all of that but.. I realized that I don't really know enough about drums to dedicate a whole website to. Again, I know what drums "I" like and I know "how" to play them but when you get to the technicalities of it all..... aargh, well maybe someday, just not yet.

So as soon as that hit me, that exact moment I realized that there was in fact one more love in my life that came WAY before music was just a twinkle in my eye...something that I actually know quite a bit about and have spent more than half of my life doing!! Video games, "Of Course"!! Then out came "The Silence in the Fog".

The name originates from a million different ideas that I had. I wanted something original, of course, but at the same time knew that it was almost impossible to do so because I wanted it to have something to do with Silent Hill. And due to the fact that there are tons of Silent Hill fans, websites, forums and even blogs dedicated to the series it made this task not an easy one.

So with that in mind I knew that being original was basically out of the question. My next step for a name idea was to try and come up with something that when you read it, it would give you this sense of fear or this feeling of being lost, in silence and not being able to see your hand in front of you. Or maybe even better yet, it was my attempt at making you feel the way I do when I think about Silent Hill.

Or worse yet, being lost in Silent Hill. Trying to survive 'The Silence in the Fog'.
